I would like to set up a simple web page primarily to display my paintings and drawings, without a load of busy fuss and advertising getting in the way. I have tried myspace but it is not really what I want, as people have to be members to view my pics. Can anyone recommend a good image-friendly web service that could be used as a home page without the hassle of writing html? What do other artists out there use? Thanks!

The saatchi gallery website is great - something like my sattchi, but if you type in saatchi onyahoo, the official site is the first one to pop up. People put their films or paintings/sculptres etc.. up online, you write a bio on yourself and explain the work, all for free, and with the great name and link of saatchi!
People have been known to pay thousands for works on that site. It’s worth a go!
