OK I moved about 4 months ago to a new country but I still want my friends to be able to see my art work, writings, and pictures. however not all of my friends want a face book or a my space. So I want to be able to have my own website. I have tried Weebly but I want to be able to do more things. Like for instance:
Post pictures
Post Blogs
Design my web page
Maybe have place where my friends can rate my stuff.
A place where they can subscribe
A place for comments.
And also I want to be able to have music playing in the back when they look around.

Problem since I am under 18 I don’t have a credit card and my parents aren’t going to hand over the money. SO it has to be a free website.

Is there anywhere I can do all this without paying money? Please help!

I want to write a story, Not for a company but for me and my friends etc…I already use Live journal but to write about daily things. I’m looking for something that I can design the pages and doesn’t have too much of an entry look but like a story. Any sites that aren’t blog looking? Or any free sites where I can have the option to design and post stories?

I had this idea to create a blog that friends from school could use. I need a blog with these features:

- easy to design/ editing capabilities
- a chat room where you can sign into and use it like an IM
- fun!

i’m using livehournal ..but i’m stoping like it it– any other good one out there.. that has the option to decorate, add friends, and tags.. and would also be used as a photoblug.
i’m using as photoblog fotoblog and metroflog but i dont like any

ive tried so many times it just wont let me through.

my friends and I all have myspace except when I was decorating my blog I didn’t know how to change the background I found a perfect background on yahoo search of a black and white bunny except I don’t know how to put it on my myspace. someone please help!!!!!!

My family and i are going overseas in acouple of months, for quite awhile. I cant use the internet as much, nor can i contact my friends often. Im planning to make a blog so they can see how im doing, everyone agrees i should.
But I’m compeltely lost in choosing a blog host for my new blog! I don’t know whether i should use livejournal, free webs, or blogger?

I like designing my own layouts and pages etc. I know ALOT about the html lanuage. Getting used to web hosts isn’t a problem for me. I had/have a website of my own (its inactive though, its rarely updated because of school). Photography, videos, etc. are the sort of content ill be posting!

I’m wondering if livejournal and blogger allow you to customise alot of the content like freewebs. But of course they are blog based, so i was wondering about the ups and downs of these hosts.

Answers would obviously be great, thanks ;D!
umm… yes im using the free hosts?
blogging doesn’t necessarily need to be a bought url.
if i use free webs im going to either use shorturl or dot.tk to shorten it.
