i also want a website that lets me decorate the background however i want.
I am did a search for a free blog site, but have not been able to decide which suits my needs best. I am looking for the following:
1. Easy log-in
2. I want to be able to decorate my page w/o having graphic design experience
3. Ability to add pictures, polls, and some other media (not advanced features

i’m using livehournal ..but i’m stoping like it it– any other good one out there.. that has the option to decorate, add friends, and tags.. and would also be used as a photoblug.
